There is realivitly little blood, sweat and tears involved, although it has to be said you'll get a bit winded. A bonus is you don't need to be Jackson Polleck to make it look great!
For my experiment I used white, fluro pink, and a minty green. You can pick any colours you want though, we have a rainbows worth at both of our locations!
